It’s SOUP Time! If you’ve volunteered with Columbus Gives Back at a Columbus SOUP, then you need no introduction to just how amazing and fun of an event this is. If this will be your first SOUP, then you are (literally) in for a treat! This quarterly event highlights amazing initiatives around our city over a community dinner and lets the attendees choose which organizations win the proceeds from the event (more details below)! Our volunteers will be assisting with set-up, serving soup to attendees, working the check-in and raffle tables, various clean-up, and tearing down tables and chairs after the event.

About SOUP: Columbus SOUP seeks to advance increased civic engagement, community pride, education, and health in the South Side neighborhood and highlight their contributions to our city. We support projects that seek to transform this vibrant and diverse community. Once the heart of Columbus’s steel industry, the South Side is a community focused on the future and continuing to be a powerhouse of of our city’s fabric. We are dedicated to providing funding to projects focused on our community’s South Side and we’re proud to present our first neighborhood-focused event for Columbus. As usual, all attendees must RSVP before the event and we will be collecting RSVP payments online, in advance of the event. We will still have our raffle for 2nd place, don’t forget to bring some extra singles!
