Columbus Gives Back is thrilled to be a part of the 2018 Bed Race benefitting our friends at the Furniture Bank of Central Ohio. Help local families in poverty by participating in the 2018 Bed Race Presented by Sauder! This unique family friendly event raises funds with teams pushing twin beds on wheels.
Volunteers are essential to helping roll out this great fundriasing event that helps raise funds to furnish homes for 160 families. Volunteers will be needed for the Bed Race to help with set up of the tracks and cones, checking in teams, distributing bags and t-shirts, organizing teams into heats, transporting beds from the finish line back to the starting line and tearing down the tracks.
Where: Parking Lot of Hollywood Casino. 200 Georgesville Rd. Columbus, OH 43228
When: Saturday, May 5th from 9:30am – 11:00pm
What: We will serve as bracket operations for the tournament and run the bull pen to make the races go efficiently!
Event Leader(s): email@example.com
#SocialTwist: We encourage our volunteers to join us afterwards for food and drinks to get to know our other cool volunteers like you!
