Social Gatherings for Good: See a Holiday Show at the Franklinton Playhouse

December 14 @ 8:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Are you looking for something different for Christmas this year? Well, this is the show for you: eight reindeer dishing about the real Santa. All those rumors you’ve heard about him and the elves? About Rudolph’s little secret? About Vixen’s story that was leaked to the press? All true. Yes, the reindeer finally speak up and – believe us – they do not hold back! Join Columbus Gives Back at the Franklinton Playhouse for their production of The Eight Reindeer Monologues.

When: 8 p.m. – 10 p.m.December 14

Where: Franklinton Playhouse (556 W. Rich St., Columbus, OH 43215)

Event Leaders: Taylor email taylor@columbusgivesback.org

What attendees will be doing: Franklinton Playhouse is looking to fill the seats in the theater for their production of The Eight Reindeer Monologues. Red Herring Productions has been kind enough to reserve a block of their pay-what-you-want tickets for Columbus Gives Back. Attendees will enjoy the production for as little as a $1 donation, so that the cast members may perform for a larger audience.

Parking: parking is available in the gravel lot across the street or there is plenty of street parking

About Franklinton Playhouse & Red Herring Productions: Red Herring Productions established the Franklinton Playhouse out of its commitment to the community and its dedication to Franklinton development. An 8,000 square foot warehouse was converted to an 80-seat thearter and studio space that hosts yoga, pilates, and dance classes, and displays artwork from local artists. The Franklinton playhouse serves as an incubator space for emerging performance artists with the intention of making Franklinton a destination point, stimulation community growth and driving economic development in the surrounding neighborhood.
